Message from the band: We are a band that works hard and loves to entertain. Having fun is the name of the game ! With our mix of 80's to 90's to now music we keep it current with just enough throwback and classic rock to give you a satisfying music experience. Ms. Trish Diaz on vocals, Joey Simmons on guitar and vocals, Dan Foster "The Bass Man" on bass, Gary Cooper "The Deuce"  on drums.

In the days before refrigeration while the weather was cool, neighbors would get together to butcher, process, and cook a pig. They would all share in both the work and proceeds of the event. That meat would sustain the families over the next few months. A Boucherie is much more than a bbq. It is a whole day event, where everyone participates in chopping, cooking, and singing. There is a focus on celebrating food and community.
